Terms of Service – MoneyCat

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of the MoneyCat mobile application (“App”), provided by VIGOR1980 LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading or using MoneyCat, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

You may use MoneyCat only for personal and lawful purposes.
You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to hack it, or interfere with our services.

2. No Financial or Tax Advice

MoneyCat helps you record income and expenses, but it does not provide financial, investment, accounting or tax advice. You are responsible for all financial decisions and for checking your records with your bank statements, invoices or tax documents.

3. Subscription and Payments

MoneyCat may offer a free basic version and optional paid plans (monthly, yearly or lifetime). Prices and features are shown in the App and may change in the future.

Subscriptions are billed through Apple or Google using in-app purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel them in your store account settings.
Payments and refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their rules.

4. Data and Privacy

Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy. By using MoneyCat, you also agree to that policy.

5. Intellectual Property

MoneyCat, including the app design, logo, texts and code, is owned by VIGOR1980 LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works based on the App, except as allowed by law.

6. Service Changes and Termination

We may update, suspend or stop parts of the App at any time, for example to improve features, fix bugs or comply with laws. You can stop using MoneyCat at any time and may delete your account and data inside the app.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

MoneyCat is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, always available, or that it will meet your specific expectations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, or other indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of MoneyCat. In any case, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for using the App in the last 12 months, if any.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest version. If we make important changes, we will notify you in the App or by other reasonable means.
