MoneyCat is an AI voice bookkeeper app created by VIGOR1980 LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your information when you use the MoneyCat mobile app.

1.1 Account information

When you sign in with email or Google, we may collect your name, email address and basic profile information needed to create and manage your account.

1.2 Finance records you enter

When you add income or expenses in MoneyCat (by voice or manual input), we store the transaction data such as amount, date, category, notes and currency. These data are used only inside the app to show your history, reports and charts.

1.3 Voice and speech recognition

When you use voice input, your speech audio is sent to the system speech recognition service (for example Apple or Google) to convert your voice to text. We do not keep your raw audio on our servers. The recognized text is used only to create your transactions.

1.4 Device information

We may collect basic technical information such as device model, operating system version, language, time zone and app version. This helps us improve stability, debug problems and understand how the app is used.

To provide core features of MoneyCat (voice input, history, reports).

3. Data Storage and Security

Your transaction data are stored in secure databases and/or locally on your device, depending on the current version of the app. We use industry-standard security practices to help protect your information. However, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

MoneyCat may use third-party services such as:

Authentication and database services (for example Firebase).
Speech recognition services provided by the device operating system.

5. No Selling of Personal Data

We do not sell your personal information. We also do not use your finance records for advertising targeting.

MoneyCat is designed for adults who manage their own finances. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age where parental consent is required by local law. If you believe a child has used MoneyCat without permission, please contact us and we will delete related data.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, update, correct or delete your personal data. You can delete your transactions in the app at any time. If you need further help, contact us using the email below.

We keep your data for as long as your MoneyCat account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can delete all data from the app at any time using the “Clear All Data” or “Delete Account” options, and we will remove or anonymize related information within a reasonable period.

9. International Transfers

Our services may be provided from different countries. By using MoneyCat, you understand that your information may be processed and stored in other regions, where privacy laws may be different from your home country.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the most recent version. If we make important changes, we will notify you in the app or by other appropriate means.
